LOL, I know how that feels, and it's hella annoying... but I would say if you're living completely by yourself, then you should really only be spending around $150 for groceries. That includes laundry detergent, paper towels, medicines and assuming you are completely out of everything in your kitchen. I would think that would be a decent number for a single living person, but hey... maybe you have more necessities you have to take care of. If your bill is larger than that, you might want to ask your guests to have some more respect for your belongings :) Good luck!

well i am in a family of four and every week we spend from 80 - 150 dollars on food.

im at uni and i spend about £15 a week on food, but im skint and live off pasta and rice haha x

a single person could probably live off of 75 dollars per week i guess, this could include your extras and just tell people to stay out of your fridge unless they are buying food to go in there

If you can cook for yourself(well) and understand the value of your hard work's product, you shouldn't be spending more than 40 a week.

Approximately $50/week.
