What can I make with corned beef OR saurkraut OR both besides Rubens?!

Question: I already made ruben sandwiches tonight but we have leftover sauerkraute and corned beef. What are some recipes could I make with these things? Together or apart works, thanks!

Okay this sounds weird but I think it is delicious.
I slice firm tofu into thin patties and fry it in a little vegetable oil till it is warm or just soy sauce for a lighter treat. I put a slice of swiss cheese and a spoonful of sauerkraut on top of the tofu and cover it for a couple minutes over medium heat. Then put the tofu concoction on toast and eat it like an open face sandwich.
Or you can put the tofu slice in the micro with a teaspoon of soy sauce and microwave it for 30 sec. and then slap the cheese and 'kraut on top of it and microwave it for 30 sec. Then put the tofu mess on toast. It has to be toasted or it gets soggy.

2. Put the sauerkraut over German sausages in a hot dog bun, I prefer the mild Bratwursts with a bold mustard.

3. Corned beef ground up and made into hash for breakfast with eggs.

4. Slice into individual serving size and wrapped well with wax paper and foil and frozen-you never know when a craving will come on.

5. Ruben with coleslaw in with the meat. A real sweet-salty treat. When the craving comes around.

corned beef has (w/ potatoes)
put kraut on hot dogs or brats
make a corned beef sammie on pumpernickel w/ deli mustard, lettuce, tomato

Sauerkraut pie. Don't know how to make it, but saw it on "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern" on travel channel when he traveled to missouri. He said its wonderful and not strange at all, so maybe try and find a recipe!

saurkraut on brats... hamburgers or make a hot dish with saur./cornbeef with a topping of mashed potatoes.. bake in oven to brown potatoes.. really tastes good...best of luck

make a hash....fry some onions....shredded potatoes....slice cold cut corned beef....saute.....add sauerkraut...eat with eggs...or just with a crusty loaf...nice dinner...hope this helps

Try putting some mashed potatoes or shredded potatoes, in the center and roll up, Fry or back for a kind of corned beef hash.

Or try this recipe. I have not tried it yet but it sure does sound good:

Creamy Corned Beef Sandwiches:

1-8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 cup mayo
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1-2 1/2oz package thinly sliced corned beef cooked and thinly sliced
2 tsp fresh dill or 3/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp salt

Mix everything together and spread on your fav bread. Or spread just thin layer on seedless (light) rye bread. Trim the edges to serve as an app or use cookie cutters such as a shamrock to serve at a party.
