Sugarless/Flourless Cookie Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet/or use a non-stick cookie sheet

Mash 3 ripe bananas in a bowl.
Add 2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup chopped walnuts (I substituted with pecans)
1/2 c. raisins
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. vanilla extract
1/4 t. salt

With a tablespoon, drop the batter onto the cookie sheet, flatten each one slightly.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until centers are firm
** They taste almost like banana bread, but in my opinion better. **

Also, maybe you could try using honey as a substitute for sugar in some recipes?

Coconut Macaroons

3 cups shredded coconut
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
PREPARATION:
Generously grease baking sheets. Combine all ingredients; stir until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 1 inch apart, on prepared baking sheets. Press down with the back of spoon to even thickness. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, or until macaroons are golden brown

Take an angel food cake mix (you can get a sugarless kind) and mix it (dry--do not prepare the mix as on box--just use right from the box!) with a big can a crushed pineapple (and you can get the no sugar added). Put in a9X13 pan and cook at 350 for about 25 minutes--until golden brown. Cut into pieces (this is more like cake but so yummy, so EASY and healthy fat free!!)
