I would cut the cake long ways in half and use cookie crumbs to soak up the soft part or you could make it into a pudding cake by piping it into the center of the cake and frosting it with pudding of the flavor cake you have made
or using Icecream as a build

Do you have a grill? If so, put the cake pan on the grill till it's done.

eat the half eaten cake it will still taste good and then go to the shops and buy wateva u need and make a new one.

simple

unless you can get to an oven to finish baking it (and it probably won't turn out right once it's cooled), throwing it out is probably your only choice, and i'd guess you're going to have to use a store bought cake.

sorry!!

Microwave it , possibly? or cut up the good parts and make a trifle.

Do you have any camping equipment, a wood burning fireplace, a grill, or any other method of cooking? Otherwise you might need to swing by a bakery instead.

Alternatively, you can do something like purchase some fruit and some small sponge cakes or an angel food from the grocery. Mix together some honey with the fruit and add a dash of a nice liquor like Frangelico, sherry, or Baily's Irish Creme. By the morning the fruit should have a slightly syrupy quality to it, and you can use that as a topper for the pre-prepared cake. Put it on early enough, and the liquid will seep into the cake, giving it a drenched cake kind of feel.

Another option might be to try looking online for a no-bake dessert.
