chick peas and rice ( I cannot recall the name but it translates to chickpeas and rice) puerto rican

can of chickpeas drain them and rinse them off and drain them again

take some onion and garlic and cook in a fry pan for about 10 min on medium heat (not too hot or will burn!) add some stock to the pan about a cup of chicken stock some salt and pepper. add the chick peas and cook for about 5 min.

boil rice like it says to on the package and serve the chickpea mix over the rice.

they eat flan or caramel candies in South America for desserts I dont' personally have a recipe but they have a flan mix in the store you could make.

They also sell things like guava juice in latin american countries. Go to your international foods aisle and look at the latin american foods and cuisine they have there. Mexican hot chocolate, beans and rice dishes, chimi churrie sauces..there are a lot of ideas from there you can gather.

I know a lot more about actual food from Spain since you asked for "spanish" but you didn't specify it so I only know that dish from PR. Good luck to you

Sopa de pata is a soup made from patas de res (cow's feet)

Salvadorans usually eat platos típicos (national dishes), which commonly include mashed beans, sour cream, eggs, Salvadoran tortillas, cheese, fried plantains, rice

Arroz en Leche (rice pudding)

beer (cerveza); in El Salvador the most popular brand name is Pilsener.

I'll assume hispanic/spanish like Mexican, not Spain.

Appetizer: Layered Taco dip
From bottom to top, layer: beans, beef or chicken, guac, salsa, sour cream, lettuce and/or cheese, top with black olives/jalapenos

Entree: Easy Homemade Enchiladas
shred pre cooked chicken. Fill flour tortillas with chicken, enchilada sauce and shredded cheese. Roll and place in a row in a cake pan. Top with more sauce, cheese and olives. Bake 350 F until cheese is melted.

Dessert: Churros

Drink: Margarita

Virgin- Lime juice and sprite
