Cooking Question??..Technique Cookware??!

Its a 14inch one and its VERY Nice!!
But, is there anywhere I can find recipes for this thing??
My father loves it but, they didnt give him anything on how to exactly use it, or how to make anything int it??
We've made chicken breasts in it, they came out GREAT! but, there are so many more things we would like to make using it but, not sure how?
So does anyone know where I could maybe find somewhere that has some sort of guidelines on how to cook using this??

Answers: My Father just ordered a Technique Hard Anodized Aluminum Non Stick pan, ?not sure what to call it?...He ordered it from QVC.

It's a wok - used to cook Oriental food. Look for wok recipes. (Even though it's non-stick, make sure it's oiled and don't overheat it.)
Make sure the utensil used when cooking do not scratch the surface. Neither the non stick or the aluminum should be consumed.
