Pizza Ingredients Convertion help !?!


Question: For the dough:

11/3 cups warm water (105° to 115°)
1 pinch sugar
21/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 package)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 to 4 cups all-purpose flour

this is the recipe for the dough.
i need to know how much liters/grams is the water and how much is the yeast?

1 packet yeast = 2? tsp. yeast = 4 grams

333 ml of water
10.25g of yeast

hi r cups bread or all purpose flour (white)
1 1/4 cups lukewarm water
1 packet active dry yeast, or 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil (any good brand), but extra virgin is best
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar, or 1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup milk or 1/4 cup water
