You like hard boiled or soft boiled eggs?

I put them in water and set the timer for 18 min as I like the center hard not runny

You choice - give it a try

3 mins for soft, 5 minutes for hard
good for 24 hours if refredgerated

Good for 3-4 days, refrigerated.

Perfectly Boiled Eggs

1 dozen large eggs
Water to cover
Pinch salt

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Season with a pinch of salt. Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cover with a lid. Allow the eggs to sit for 12 minutes. Drain and cool the eggs for 2 minutes in ice water. Drain and peel the eggs.

Note: Eggs that are a couple of weeks old or older peel easier than very fresh eggs.

I boil my dozen eggs for 10 minutes once the water starts to boil.
Remove from heat and rinse with cold water. Let sit in pan with cold water on them for 10-15 minutes before peeling them to eat...once peeled, dice them and put in a bowl....You can add 1 tsp of mustard to 1 Tbls of mayonnaise, 1 large dill pickle diced up with 1 tsp of pickle juice....add all together and you have egg salad to spread on a piece of bread, lay another piece on top and cut in half. (enjoy)

I boil mine for 10minutes and then run them under cold water....keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks

boil at very low for 13 minutes for hard boiled

They will keep two weeks in the fridge

Boil them for 15-17 minutes, then store them in an airtight container for 2-4 days.
