Any one know any good recipes that include bay scallops?!
Answers: My husbands aunt slices them in half, places them in a single layer in a casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch glass baking pan, smashes up Ritz crackers and layers that over the scallops then covers the whole thing with melted butter or margarine, then bakes At 350 degrees 20 - 30 minutes. My husband thinks these are the best ever!
