Question: i had to make playdoh for school and my teacher gave me this recipe:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 packets kool-aid
1/2 cup salt
1 tbsp cream of tartar
mix it,
add 2 cups boiling water & 3 tbsp veg. oil

i did that and once i mixed it all it was sooo sticky (and HOT)

You did use unsweetened kool-aid right? If not, the sugar is what is making it sticky. You will need to start over if that is the case.

Bert

If its still too sticky when its cool (it shouldn't be as sticky either way) Add more flour. Slowly though. Add a tiny bit, mix. If it's still sticking, add some more.
