i do eggs, mayo, little squirt of mustard, salt, pepper, celery, onion, bell pepper, and dill pickle but since you're limited stick with mayo, salt, pepper. Gosh, that sounds good and I think I'm gonna make some when I get home for lunch tomorrow. Thanks!

You can use eggs, mayo, salt & pepper and a little mustard if you like. Good Luck!

you can add mustard but you dont want much. how many eggs you got and how much mayo? then you can also use some picklerelish. if your that limited, it'll be very dry. dont use many eggs then and make a smaller batch. run to a neighbors and borrow some.

eggs, mayo, worcheshire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

If you have some celery and onion its a plus, but not necessary. If you have relish you could put that in.

Ditto Peaches6 also if you have pickle relish or pickles you can chop up real fine.

Most egg salad recipes are simple anyway. All i would add to what you have is mustard and pickles (my favorite way to make it.) You can always lift a mustard pack and relish from a gas station that sells hot dogs if you are broke, haha.
If you don't want to buy anything else, you can experiment with any spices you have on hand. Be sure to add salt and pepper of course. Maybe you have garlic powder? A very little amount would add some flavor (but you don't want to overdo it).

Eggs mayo fine chopped onion, celery, green pepper, salt, pepper to taste.

Chopped eggs with mayo, salt and pepper is good. It gets better with any one of the following

Pickle (Relish or any kind of pickle minced)
Capers
Olives
Sqeezeof Lemon
Scallions
A little mustard
Pimento
Celery

Just be creative with what you have. If your taste imagination says it will be good it probably will be good!

If you have any Curry Powder, add that to what you've got & it will be totally yummy!

I promise!
