Recipe conversion with grams to American recipe?!

You would be far better off buying some scales or finding a different recipe rather than trying to convert yourself.
100 grams of 1 ingredient may translate to 1 cup, but 100 grams of another ingredient may convert to 1.5 cups. There is no universal weight to volume conversion.
Look at bags of flour and bags of sugar... different sizes for the same weight or different weights for the same size.
