I really want to find a wife who can cook, but so few girls I date can cook, seriously where can I find a...?!
Thank you.
Answers: wife who isn't offended by cooking a nice meal for me, I'm serious here... If I knew how to cook, I'd be more than happy to cook dinner every night for my wife, so I just need some advice.
Thank you.
why would that girl be offended to cook for u? i love cooking for my husband. but u should really get a latina for a wife. they can cook anything that u tell them and if they cant they'll find out how. thats how i am. always searching for new receipes. ... u seem so nice, i even whish my husband would cook for me if he could. but he wouldnt, he said because thats a womans thing. but look for a latina and ask her if she can cook first, she wont get offended by asking her.
sign up for match. com or something. state that as a preference...
Join a local cooking class. There should be women there who like to cook or have a desire to cook. Also, go to the supermarket. There are several women there who are buying items to cook and you might meet your future wife.
You gotta find a girl who was raised in the country. You're right in that women don't cook anymore. It's sad. But, country girls know how to cook. Our mommas made us help cook when we were old enough to walk.
Why don't you just learn to cook, that way you'll impress a potential "date". Maybe thats what someone else is looking for, a cook? Kind of shallow I'd say, you should be looking more into honesty, trust, commitment, loyalty. And then maybe learn to cook together!
I don't think young girls learn to cook and keep house like they did was I was young. Why not find a girl you really like and think maybe marriage material and the two of you take cooking classes. It could be fun for both of you.
CK you are right about us country girls !!!!!!!!
Share your interests in cooking by learning how to, instead of demanding someone to cook for you. You can expect for your future wife to go and just do everything for you. Take some initiative.
This spring and summer go to the Farmer's market or things like that. Even my small town has a big festival every summer celebrating "The Flavor to the Four-States." If you go to food themed/related activities you are going to find people who enjoy cooking, and surely some of them are single women.
Heck, you might learn something also.
Absolute best place to look is in the produce section of your grocery store. If a girl is selecting fresh vegetables and fruits you can bet she is interested in creating her own meals and likely takes pride in cooking.
Cooking with fresh produce is the best way eat, hands down.
LOL...I love to cook and can't find anyone to cook for...LOL...I know it is hard to find ppl who cook and enjoy doing it. Good Luck in your search...just be patient...o, and try a cooking class, at least it is a win, win situation.
but i guess it's just a southern thing
when you find the women you love go to cooking classes together.
Ha ha ha. I learned to cook just so that I wouldn't have to care a darn about that. Learn to cook really well and get a good looking woman with brains. You'll be quite a lot happier, guaranteed.
try Religion
there are still many groups that have high principals, skills, and trades...
Maybe you can sign up for a cooking class. You might meet someone there who is interested in cooking and really enjoys it.
I've been married 40 years. I'm a pretty good cook. It took me at least 20 years to get it right.
Cooking isn't in female genes any more than auto mechanics or plumbing in in male genes. (I was really disappointed to discover that.) I mean really, my dad could fix a sink. Was my new husband really that dang dumb? He was indeed.
I don't think any woman who cares about you would find it offensive to cook for you, but you might have to put up with a few failed recipes.
Good Luck.
I hope you like Italian women, because cooking is in our blood! Not that other ethnicities can't cook, but it's a very significant part of our culture. Try to find a small, intimate market that sells fresh imported Italian ingredients, because people who don't really care about their cooking wouldn't go out of their ways to find the finest ingredients; they'd buy Wal-Mart cheese. If you find a woman who loves to cook, offer to help with the prep work and do the dishes.
Consider a personal ad, either through a service, a newspaper, or by making your own little flier. If you go with the flier idea, keep it straight forward, simple and without a picture (less chance of personal harassment). I'd also get a voicemail service to screen the calls, in case you get some femi-nazis that freak out because you'd like a woman to cook.
Even if you find a woman who can cook, you can't expect her to do ALL the cooking. These are modern times, my friend. Logically, you need to learn to cook--you have to eat! :)
I love to cook. I have sharpened my skills by watching the Food Network cooking shows, like "How to Boil Water," "Everyday Italian," "Essence of Emeril," "Barefoot Contessa," "30-Minute Meals" etc. Now, I can cook anything, and my teen son is a happy guy (who also knows how to cook). He's always willing to sample a new experiment.
You can also get beginners' cookbooks at a bookstore or library.
