nuts come from trees and plants they are not man made just flavoured and salted then packaged

With water and sunshine-Mother Nature is trying to weed out the weaklings.

Nuts are made in the following ways:

Older sisters
Being locked in a dark closet by older sister
Younger brothers
Internet porn
Chick flicks
British movies
American westerns
Algebra
MS windows error messages
Toilet training
Private schools

Nuts are PLANTS - you might genetically engineer them to be less allergenic, but then they might make your nose fall off.

most people who are allergic to "nuts" are actually allergic to peanuts, which are in fact not a nut at all. they are a legume, related to beans.

On a side note however, some nuts are actually deadly poisonous while they are still raw and in their hulls on the tree.
Cashews in particular are deadly if you eat the hulls and can form blisters on your skin.

This could be why some people are allergic to nuts - if there is trace amounts of this residue on them and the person happens to be ultra sensitive.

Well I'm not ann expert but you could ask an expert. Like You could pobably google it. Or you could watch channel 45 thats the cooking channel. So thats pretty much it that I can tell you for now.

(Peanuts are legumes like peas and beans, not nuts, and they grow underground like potatoes)
Scientists are probably working on genetically modified hypo-allegenic strains now as that would be an excellent cash cow if legislation allowed the results to be marketed
