Low fat lunches - any ideas?!

Question: I want to cook/prepare lunches for a whole work week so I don't waste my money on food.
Any ideas/recipes as to what I can cook and then freeze?

If you stick with meat that is low in fat...like chicken breast(33 cals per oz) or pork loin(about the same as chicken breast) and add veggies you will be fine...the trick is to avoid using oils or butter during cooking.
I like cooking foods in foil packets and letting them cook in their own juices....or poaching them in water with herbs....I like dill with fish and rosemary with chicken....lemon juice is a great sub for salt....

Soup...easy, healthy, freezes well and reheats beautifully! www.allrecipes.com has some great recipes. Try www.cooks.com as well.

Good luck!

Salmon and Angel Hair Pasta with Asparagus Tips.
