How do you do your Nachos?...........?!

Question: Well, here I am at home, my parents are having Stir Fry, which I hate with a passion, and I'm ganna have Nachos. But i need some creative ideas for them. I need some answers in 30 mins or less if you can. I live in Australia and the EST is 25 to 6pm. So, this is for dinner.

Thanks

Cheese and chili...but that is really fattening so i rarely have it anymore.

Also try cheese and chili peppers.

its nacho business how i eat my nachos!!!

Chips with melty cheese is delicious. Stir fry is really good too though...?

in my stomach with lots of cheese

Nacho dip:

Chop some steak or beef (optional)

Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a glass 13x9. Ad beef.
Add salsa, corn, jalapenos or whatever you like. Top with lots of cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is as bubbly as you like it. Great with Doritoes.

im in australia to ha hows that for nachos we spread heaps of corn chips on an oven proof plate or dish cover them with salsa or even taco sauce then smother with grated cheese and cook for about 10mins or till cheese is melted yum

idk man... with everything. ground beef, sour cream, onion, hot sauce, some cheese, and even lettuce.

Wow! YAY nachos! MUCH better than stir fry.

I use cooked ground beef (what you would call mince), grated cheese, sometimes a bit of finely diced onion, canned refried beans, and salsa or chopped green chiles (what you'd call capsicum, I believe). Lay the chips out on an oven-proof plate or, alternately, in a baking dish, put the goodies on top, and heat in the oven just enough to melt the cheese. You could also nuke them instead. Garnish with sour cream and maybe some guacamole!

Cool Ranch doritos...hamburger on top with melted cheese, tabasco sauce, black olives and sometimes green sauce..yuuummm

ok, check this out....get velvetta cheese and melt with some milk slowly and heres the trick......cook hamburger meat and add a can of cream of mushroom, the less meat, the less cream of mushroom. cook till all together in one and then add to cheese. this is less messy and you will have meat and cheese all over your nachos, plus the cream of mushroom brings out the meat so you wont just taste the cheese. and for those of you that dont like mushroom, dont worry, you cant taste it....try it

A large layer of chips. Put a cup of cheddar cheese on top. Top with Jalapeno peppers from a can or jar. Heat in oven or microwave until melted. Add Salsa and sour cream on top.

First you get crn tortialls and fry them until they are crispy. Then homemade or canned chile with beans.cook until it is hot. Crate Jack & sharp cheddar cheese put to the side.
Place corn tortialls on a plate . Cover with chile & cheese.Sour cream, sliced jalapinoes & more salsa .

everything you would put on a taco, plus tabasco sauce, gucamole, and a few drops of lime juice. Mexican food has a lot of lime juice in it, and this is going to sound strange, but cream cheese is so good on it as well as a some freshly ground pepper. :)
