Pitta bread
Tomato or Tomato Puree
Grated cheese

Under the grill for a couple of minutes and et voila! Healthy pizza.

at wal-mart theres this dough thing you can buy that comes with sauce and then you add your choice to it.

you can sometimes find whole wheat pizza dough at gourmet grocers. otherwise you could use a whole wheat pita. tomatoe sauce is good for you, lots of lycopene. top with some part skim mozzerella and a drizzle of EVOO. bake til chesse is melted. You can use all types of veggies. try spincach, onions, artichoke hearts, peppers, olives. you can also add chicken breast and canadian bacon is also fairly healthy. i won't lie, the pita won't taste as good as a real pizza dough, but its a good healthy alternative.

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
pizza dough (homemade or storebought)
2 cups grated Fontina cheese (optional)

Directions
1In a skillet saute the onions, garlic, and salt in the olive oil on medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, until translucent.
2Add the ground fennel and zucchini and cook until the zucchini starts to soften, 3 to 5 minutes.
3Remove from the heat and add the tomatoes and basil.
4Allow to cool somewhat and drain any excess liquid before spreading on the pizza crust.
5Then top with cheese, if you wish, and bake according to the pizza crust directions.
6Enjoy!

If you pick veggie toppings ....onions, bell peppers,mushrooms...as for the sauce....most are okay ....but look for one that is all natural.and low in calories
As for the crust flour torts work very well....100 cals per.
