I usually use 1 pkg of chili seasoning which I don't have, what all spices can I use in my chili for flavoring!


Question: 1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper
1/2 instant minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

or

1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons masa flour

or

1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon crumbled dried orégano
1 tablespoon dried hot red pepper flakes, or to taste


Answers: 1 tablespoon flour

Try the following spices, hope this helps.

Do you have cumin and chili powder? Use about 3 -4 heaping tablespoons of chili powder and 3 heaping tablespoons of cumin to about 3 pounds of ground beef. I buy my spices at Sam's because the spices come in big containers and it's much cheaper than buying the chili packets. Hope that helps.
