Healthy Ways To Cook Barbecue?!
Answers: I love Barbecue Chicken, Ribs, and even Hot Dogs! I know Hot Dogs are not good but I only eat a few per week. Do you have healthy recipes I can try? Thanks.

Most BBQ is very healthy, since the fat burns off, and runs away from the meat, during grilling.... and you don't tend to use alot of fattening cream sauces on BBQ meat. Try some all chicken or turkey franks - the calories will be on all the packages to compare them..... Go to Food Network.com, where you can search by show, chef or recipe. Search BOBBY FLAY or "Boy Meets Grill" for the best bbq recipes, complete with menu ideas and pictures......
