Peanut butter-snicker pie
Melt 1 c peanut butter and 1 snickers candy bar in top of double boiler and remove from heat . add 1(8oz) tub of cool whip and mix all together . pour into graham cracker crust and freeze untill firm and then slice and enjoy . this is my grandmas recipe .

Oreo Dirt Cake.

1 package of Oreo
8 ounce cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
1 8 ounce whip topping
3 cup milk
2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding

Crush all the oreo's in a bowl. Mix the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding and 3 cups of milk and set aside. In a separate mixing bowl mix the powder sugar and the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in whiptopping. Fold in the vanilla pudding. In a 9x13 cake pan. Spread half the oreo's. Pour mixture on top. Then sprinkle the remaining oreo's on top of that. Refrigerate until ready to serve. This is a major hit with my family. There is never any left when I make it.

You can also switch the vanilla pudding for chocolate if you like and you the chocolate oreo's to. Or the vanilla, whichever you prefer.

Love to help, but what's the occasion? What type of desserts are you looking for? What flavors do you, or don't you, like? Do you want them super-easy and fast?

mix milk and chocolate pudding mix together.
take one cup out of the bowl and add frozen whipped cream.
put together in layers w/ peanuts and marsh mellows on the top

Apple Crisp

1/4 C melted butter
1/3 C brown sugar
21 oz. apple pie filling
1/3 C crushed vanilla wafers
1/4 C oats
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. melted butter

Mix together the first three ingredients and pour intoa 1 qt. dish. Mix the remaining ingredients and top over apple mix. Bake for 25 minutes at 375. Optional. Top with whipped cream.

Bake a pan of brownies. (I usually just use a box mix.) When they're done, pull them out of the oven and immediately cover the top with a layer of thin mints and let them melt on top. Lightly run a spatula over them to kind of smooth them together. It is SO YUMMY!

Here is my favorite shortbread recipe ever: I like to chill the dough and roll it out and cut them into hearts!! so cute
INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces butter (2 sticks), room temperature
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients; use hands to knead until ingredients are blended. Press into ungreased pans (or chill and roll out to about 1/2-inch on a floured board and cut into shapes). Bake at 325° for about 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cut into wedges while warm or break apart.
