Does anyone have the recipe for Cheesecake Factory's REGULAR Lemonade?!

Question: I just had it for the first time and I crave it and would like to make a batch at home.

Answers: I just had it for the first time and I crave it and would like to make a batch at home.

1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of lemon juice.

(This ratio makes a pretty sweet lemonade. Reduce the amount of sugar if you want your lemonade less sweet or if you are using Meyer lemons which are naturally sweeter than standard lemons.)

The secret to perfect lemonade is to start by making sugar syrup, also known as "simple syrup". Dissolving the sugar in hot water effectively disperses the sugar in the lemonade, instead of having the sugar sink to the bottom.

In a small saucepan heat the sugar and water until the sugar is dissolved completely. While the sugar is dissolving, use a juicer to extract the juice from 4 to 6 lemons, enough for one cup of juice. Add the juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Add around 4 cups of cold water, more or less to the desired strength. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.

Serve with ice, sliced lemons.

I don't have one from the Cheesecake Factory - but here are a few of the ones I do have:

STRAWBERRY LEMONADE
SERVES 6
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 c. fresh lemon juice
1 pt. strawberries, hulled and halved
2 c. sparkling water or club soda
Crushed ice
Mint sprigs (optional)

Combine water and sugar in saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and stir to dissolve sugar. Add lemon peel and juice, and stir to blend. Remove from heat and cool completely. Strain into pitcher or plastic bottle. Puree strawberries in processor or blender. Add to mixture. Cover securely and pack in ice chest. When ready to serve, fill glasses with crushed ice, pour in lemonade and add a splash or two of club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs if you wish.

STRAWBERRY-LEMONADE SLUSHIE
SERVES 2 - 4

2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1 pt. fresh strawberries
3 c. ice cubes

Blend on high speed until smooth. Garnish with strawberries.

Applebee's Lemonade Recipe
1 Quart water
1 cup sugar
1 cup FRESH lemon juice
Sparkling Water (not tonic water, like Perrier)
Directions:
Mix first three together. Fill a tall glass 2/3 to 3/4 with Lemon mixture then fill with sparkling water.
An interesting variation is to puree some fruit (raspberries, strawberries, etc) with a little superfine or powdered sugar and put that in the glass before adding the the lemonade and water.

Fresh Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 cups of water
10 ounces frozen strawberries, pureed (fresh would do perfectly well)
sugar to taste
Directions:
Combine lemon juice, water, and 3/4 of the strawberry puree. Add sugar until you have reached the desired tartness/sweetness. Add strawberry puree until the strawberry/lemon taste balance is about equal.

Strawberry Lemonade Recipe
