Scrambled Eggs or Fried Eggs?!
Answers: If you are on a diet. Which one would you rather choose and how do you cook it?
Scrambled eggs Fried eggs are to dry
if you're on a diet you should boil them or poach them
I would scramble my eggs but if I decided I had to have a fried egg I would use olive oil to fry it in.
Scrambled with out the Yolk (yellow stuff)
Scrambled eggs on toast and maybe some bacon to go with it.
Scrambled. If on a diet poached or hard boiled.
If you are on diet, scrambled eggs. Fried eggs are fattening.
You don't say anything about what kind of diet or why, so I'll assume you mean you're trying to have fewer calories.
The egg itself will have the same calories no matter what, but the cooking method may add some. Frying would usually be in some kind of oil, grease or fat. Even scrambling might be. Heck, even poaching sometimes involves a bit of margarine or butter in the poaching cups.
Seriously, the only way to guarantee no calories beyond what's in the egg would be to boil it. 8-) Failing that, cooking without any oil etc in a non-stick pan would be as good.
Me, I'd probably have an omelette in a non-stick pan so that way I'd get some vegetables as well. 8-)
If I had to choose between those two, I'd pick Egg Beaters or egg whites (even better) scrambled.
When I was dieting though, I did poached egg whites or even steamed egg whites (a Chinese dish).
scrambled egg use soya bean oil
scrambled you can do so much with it plus add a hint of pretty pepper and bacon will do lol but fat free oil!!!!
if you are on a diet, probably neither
try poaching them.
if you are not on a diet, scrambled eggs taste better
scrambled, i like to make mine in the microwave they come out perfect. you add 2 eggs, mix with a fork, add 1 teaspoon of milk. (add cheese or diced ham if you like) than put in microwave for 1 minute. than cut up the eggs with your fork. put back in for 2 minutes. than take out and pour on to plate and scramble the eggs with your fork. turns out perfect you will love it.
scrambled eggs, no cheese but plenty black pepper
i like to fry them sunny side up but then flip them over when they arnt runny anymore, so it frys the yoke. then you just use papet towel to press out most of the olive oil. Its much easier to clean up the pan after.
