Peanut butter and jam on soft white bread with a glass of milk is absolutely delicious. When I was a newlywed we used to carry small plastic containers of peanut butter and jam when we travelled to foreign countries because it did not spoil and, if the local food proved too expensive, we just bought bread for our PB&J - we never went hungry.
