I need a recipe that kids can make for dinner, easy and fun, suggestions?!

Question: My kids are still young butthey like to help with dinner, it doesnt have to be fancy, just something we can all do together, something they can help with and be proud of when were done. Theyre picky eaters though! suggestions?

My kids have always loved this and it's fun to make the porcupine balls, enjoy!

Porcupine Balls

1 egg
? cup water
1 envelope lipton onion soup mix
1 ? lbs lean ground beef
? - ? cup uncooked minute rice
1 – 46 oz bottle of Campbell Tomato Juice
1 tsp sugar

Beat egg slightly with water and 2 tbs soup mix. Mix lightly with beef and ? cup of rice. Shape into large meatballs (1 ? to 2 inches). Roll in remaining rice, pressing it lightly into the meatball. Use more rice if needed.

Heat tomato juice to boiling. Stir in remaining onion soup mix and sugar. Place meatballs in sauce and cover. Simmer, stirring several times for 50 minutes.

Serving suggestions: Great with a vegetable or salad and rolls.

Campbell's Tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich.

mac and cheese
mini pizzas (let them put the toppings on them)
breakfast for dinner, so maybe french toast

spaghetti
alfredo noodles
baked chicken and vegetables
chicken wraps, all they have to do isput the pieces on a wrap and then roll it up
tacos

noodles

When I babysit we make mini pizzas.

Use jumbo biscuits - each child can squish out their dough then add whatever toppings you have that they like.

I typically do pepperonis, shredded mozzerella and pizza sauce with the 2 that I watch. But we have used leftovers before and done cut up chicken breast, cheddar cheese and barbeque sauce.

You just have to make sure to supervise so they don't overload the pizzas - Bake them according to the directions on the biscuit container but add like 2 minutes or so - just watch for the cheese to melt good.

I remember making panckakes, apple pie and rissole(i loved to mix the meat with onions, eggs and bread o joy!)

easy is with panckakes, some eggs, milk, flour + anything they want in apples, raisn, bananas, chocolet (from syrup, though i dont like it), rice, cabbage and so on (apple with raisn is great), or after put in cotton chease, meat.

or potato panckakes, grated potatos made in eggs and milk...

there is a lot of recipies, maybe you should look up a libary for recipie book for children, not nesseserily buy, just take a look, there might be a good idea! since your doing together, you can take a greater puts of recipies ;)

HAVE FUN!!! (most neceserily!!!)

Pigs in a blanket---unroll a tube of crescent rolls, separate, and wrap each one around a hot dog. Bake as directed.

Find a good meatball recipe for spaghetti, and have them roll the meatballs.

When you have fresh veggies, they can shuck corn on the cob, snap beans, shell peas, and tear lettuce for salad. They can scrub and poke potatoes for baking,

They can shape hamburger patties, open cans, put ingredients on home-made pizza (or doctor up frozen ones)

I have some
