My boyfriend loves blueberries?!
Answers: i live in korea so can only get dried blueberries have you got recipes for these what can i do with them . Can i make tarts or pies with them ?
yeah .. just soak them (1hr)and use it as the recipe called for ..
4 large cooking apples, peeled and sliced or coarsely chopped
1 1/2 to 2 cups raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cold butter, cut in small pieces
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour
dash salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2/3 cup quick cooking rolled oats
PREPARATION:
Heat oven to 325°. Butter an 11x7-inch baking dish.
Combine sliced apples, berries, and granulated sugar. Toss to coat. Dot with small pieces of cold butter. Combine the melted butter with the brown sugar, flour, salt, baking soda, and rolled oats.
Sprinkle the mixture evenly over fruit.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until fruit is tender and topping is browned.
BLUEBERRY LOAF CAKE
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pint blueberries
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the beaten egg yolk. Add the milk, alternately with the sifted flour and baking powder. Stir in the vanilla.
Last of all, gently fold in the whites beaten to a stiff froth.
Bake in a greased and floured loaf pan in a preheated 375°F oven until cake tests done.
Remove cake from pan by running a knife along edges. Spread a little butter over the top of the cake while it is still warm, and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

Blueberry cheesecake fudge recipe
Recipe ingredients:
* 1/4 cup butter
* 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar
* 2/3 cup evaporated milk
* 12 ounces vanilla chips
* 3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
* 5 ounces Marshmallow Creme
* 1 1/2 cups dried blueberries
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 teaspoon butter flavoring or extract
Recipe method:
* Line a 9 inch square pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
* Heat milk over medium heat until warm. Add sugar.
* Bring to a rolling boil over medium high heat while stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
* Add Marshmallow Creme and butter.
* Return to a rolling boil for 5 1/2 minutes. Start timing as soon as the rolling boil resumes.
* Cut cream cheese into small dice and add it to the boiling mixture about 1 minute before the end of the boil.
* If brown flecks begin to appear in the mixture, lower the heat a little.
* Remove from heat and add vanilla chips and blueberries.
* Stir until creamy and all chips are melted.
* Stir in vanilla extract and butter flavoring or extract.
* Mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared pan. Cool.
* Remove from pan. Remove foil. Cut into squares.
fruit cake, wit bluberries, im sure you would have a recipe for fruit cake, just add some dried blueberries. =], i love blueberries too.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup dried blueberries
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs -- beaten
1/3 cup cream
Sugar and cream for topping
Directions:
Place blueberries in a small bowl and add enough hot water to cover the berries. Soak for 5 minutes, then drain, pat dry with paper towel and set aside.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Cut in the butter with a pastry blender or two knives.
Mix together flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar and salt in a bowl.
Cut in butter, using a pastry blender or two knives. Stir in the blueberries. Add the beaten eggs and the cream and stir dough into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface pat out dough into a round about 3/4 inch thick. Slice into wedges and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush tops with cream and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
