Ramen noodles. They are cheap and quick, and really good if you change it up. If you put in about 2 cups of water, some soy sauce, pepper, and the noodle seasoning mix (I also add in garlic, and sometimes sesame seed oil but you don't have to), and some veggies (I use frozen carrots, and pea pods) maybe even some meat (ham chunks, or chicken). Let it come to a boil then add one or two eggs (like egg drop soup). Then in about two min. put in the noodles. It's really good!! Also you only need one pack of noodles, but you can use two. I usually find one pack feeds two people. Hope this helps.

how about sloppy joes,

Quesadillas are quick & easy.

Spaghetti is always easy and everyone usually likes it. With a nice salad and garlic bread.

A simple cheesecake always works for me. and it's simple to make. Get one of those pre-made graham cracker pie crusts and two packages of cream cheese. Sit the cream cheese out to soften for about 8 hours. The recipe is as follows:

2 packages of cream cheese-8oz
2 eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Combine ingredients, pour into pie crust, and bake at 350 degrees fro about 30-40 minutes or until the middle is set(not jiggly)

Salad and bread to go with

Mix brownies for dessert

How about a Chicken and Rice dish?

You can follow the directions below or cook the rice with chopped onion in chicken broth by itself and grill the chicken with simple seasonings. Make a salad with artisan bread on the side and for dessert make a banana split---together!

Note:You will probably want to cut this in half, or cook it all and have a couple of leftover lunches with the rest--or be a doll, and send him home with lunch for the next day--that way, hel'll be thinking about you --------all the day long!!
