You could try melting cheese into the cream to make a cheese sauce. I'd grate the cheese, then heat the cream and stir the grated cheese into the cream.

get the cream and dump it in a bowl , add some water , sunflower seeds and some flour!

2 TBS OLIVE OIL
2 CUPS FRESH BASIL LEAVES(PRESSED)
1/2 CUP OR MORE PARSLEY
1/4 CUP GRATED CHEESE
2 GARLIC CLOVES
1/4 CUP WALNUTS
4 OZ SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE (NOT WHIPPED)
1/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM OR HALF & HALF
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:
In food processor, puree basil, parsley, & garlic with oil until pasty. Add grated cheese & nuts and blend more. Add cream cheese til well blended. Add cream or half/half a little at a time till desired consistency.
Enjoy.

2 T onion or shallot, minced
3 tablespoons butter, unsalted

Melt butter in a saucepan and saute onion or shallot over medium heat until translucent, reduce heat and add garlic, saute one minute.

Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Approximately 28 carbohydrates total; 4 servings, 7 carbohydrates each.

you need about
60 grams butter
60 grams flour
1 box of milk/cream and water
half onion(don't chop it)
2 pcs. whole cloves
1 pc. bay leaf
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
dash of nutmeg
salt and white pepper

in a pot, mix the butter and the flour until it doesn't stick to the pan anymore.
Slowly add the milk, add the onion, cloves and bay leaf.
mix well, until there is no more flour.
let it simmer until it is thick and creamy.
add the salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix.
then strain it. or just remove the onion, bay leaf and cloves.
after straining, mix the cheese in it.
you can also omit the bay leaf, onion, cloves and nutmeg if you want it plain.

add water or lessen the flour so it doesn't thicken up that much
