Canned Green Bean Recipe?!

Question: I've recently been hired as one of two new food and beverage managers at a popular golf course here in Michigan. The two of us have a busy season coming up and we are trying to create signature dishes to use at golf outings and banquets. We're going easy on eachother and competing for our veggie first. Since green beans are popular we've decided to use them, canned.
I have an idea in my head but I would like to hear your suggestions on a good recipe. Please, not the traditional one with mushroom soup and fried onions. It has to be easy and with your basic kitchen items. Plus we have to be able to make it in large batches. Our biggest outing so far is booked for 150 people.
Thank you for your suggestions and ideas. I'll let you know with 10 points who has the best in my eyes!

You can season green beans with bacon grease. But what I do is add chicken bullion cubes. Green beans almondean is traditional but not my favorite. Adding chopped pimentos would make them more colorful. Using them in a bean salad is another idea.

Congratulations on your new job. Have fun.

fry chopped up bacon and onion pieces until mostly cooked
drain the fat /liquid
add the drained canned green beans
salt and pepper to taste
or add lemon pepper to taste
