A dash of hot pepper sauce like Tobasco or a little packaged spicy taco mix like you add to beef when you cook it. If you like it creamy add sour cream and a little garlic salt and of course a little lemon juice. If you keep one of the seeds in it until you serve it it will not turn brown as fast. Something in the seed keeps it fresh.

Here's a simple way to make awesome guacamole. Sometimes simpler is better:

Spoon out an avocado. Add a few tablespoons of some high-quality, chunky salsa (good salsa has all the right stuff from chunky tomatoes and diced onions to the perfect mix of spices). If you like hot, make it hot. If you want mild, you can go that route. Use local salsa over name-brands if you can. Add a tablespoon or two of light mayo for creaminess. Mix and mash it. Salt and pepper to taste.

The amounts here are just estimates -- go with what you feel. If you like your guac with lots of tomatoes and spices, add more salsa. If you like it super creamy, add more mayo.

This is the best quac I have ever had! I gave you the link for the website as well but the recipe is below:

4 ripe Haas avocados
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
8 dashes hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup small-diced red onion (1 small onion)
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 medium tomato, seeded, and small-diced

Cut the avocados in 1/2, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out of their shells into a large bowl. (I use my hands.) Immediately add the lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper and toss well. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until they are finely diced. Add the tomatoes. Mix well and taste for salt and pepper. ENJOY!
