Snacking Through the Years. Snacks have a place in the diets of kids from toddlers to teens. ... age kids may still need three meals and two snacks per day ...

baked apples, yogurt, dry sugar free cereal like cheereos, bananas, cheese and crackers, peanut butter and crackers (light on the pb- too much is a choking hazard), kiwi-my kids love kiwi, fruit cups
baby carrots w/dip, apple slices w/peanut butter, nutrigrain bars, finger sandwiches, pretzels, yogurt, graham crackers w/ a little icing....
Grapes cut in half, green pepper strips, cucumber slices, small pieces of cheese--healthy stuff that's easy to handle but not easily choked on. Water or milk to wash it down--apple juice has too much sugar for little ones.
Yogurt, graham crackers, cheerios, apples, juice, peanuts, jello.
Carrot and cucumber sticks or bread sticks with houmous or another fresh dip!!

Gummi Bears, and animal crackers
Cereal with cold milk, yogurt with fruit (you can dip the yogurt in the fruit), rice pudding, small muffins, mini rice cakes, tons of fruit (if they're bigger fruits, chop the pieces small), raisins, apple sauce, vegetable soup, cottage cheese, milkshakes, cheese cubes, etc.
