But I do all the cooking at home so supper was delicious tonight! Broiled sole fillets, roasted fresh asparagus, pasta with parmesan sauce, romaine salad with oranges and almonds.

I'm making fajittas with blackened sirloin.... I also made spicy sour cream and tomatillo sauce
It was one of my great Fish Pies.
I had dining hall food, which tonight was:
-Chicken with stuffing ontop
-Garlic mashed potatoes
-Vegetable goulash
-Chocolate cake :-)

I had roast beef with potatoes and it was delicious, as I was famished. Cherry pie for dessert.
Best burger I have ever had! I topped it with cheese, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and barbeque sauce. Reminded me of one I had over spring break in Seattle.
I'm not sure I've ever made anything "gross" ..... BBQ ribs; Ranch beans, coleslaw, broccoli slaw, sliced strawberries.....
I'm making simple beef stew.. and so far it is outstanding.
chicken stir fry with fresh ginger, garlic, soy sauce, broccoli, water chestnuts, carrots, onions, rice and chicken! it was very tasty!
well i had subway cause it is cheep cause it it $5 dollars for just one footlong sandwich.

Had some great beef, and a SUPER haul from the farmer's market so I made stew in my slow cooker. WOW, it was great!! The best ingredients, cooked simply always works!
