Does anyone know how to make scrambled eggs without butter???!

Question: Pam or something like it will work well. You can use any fat in place of butter and if you have a non-stick pan, you can skip the fat altogether. The best eggs I ever had were cooked in the fat of the bacon that had been cooked in the same pan before it. Delicious, but my arteries were very angry with me.

Use a nonstick pan or pam or some sort of spray oil if you have it.

Use no stick spray and no butter. I have never used butter.

Microwave on medium high for two minutes stir and again a few minutes it works

Have you tried olive oil?

yes, but i would definately use milk....

all i do is make my mixture

and pour (non stick or stainless steel pan is best)

hard huh? :o)

just use a little oil, any kind will do. canola, olive, vegetable, peanut......you could even melt some crisco. But it will only take a teaspoon or so, very little.

use oil

Scrambled eggs with butter is only one of the ways to make it.
You can make scrambled eggs with cheese, onion and green chilies, onion - tomato-green chilies and coriander leaves, some or all of the above with potato finely sliced. It is up to you how you want to add flavour to your scambled eggs. You may use little veg/olive oil or if you want no oil then add tbs. of milk or water to avoid eggs getting dry.

use margerine
oil's
lard
shortening
or any (good ) nonstick pan !!

You can make scrambled eggs with butter??? I definately have to try that!

I usually just add salt, pepper and what-ever seasoning I feel like, while I make it.
I sometimes make it with cheese, but my boyfriend isn't really fond of cheese, so that's mainly when we have guests for brunch.
