    Sunny side up

Uhhh - an omelet is neither. You must really like eggs.

Toby, Poor fellow. You make omlette , hard boiled, scrambled, sunny side up ,etc out of an egg.

I prefer it anyway, Have you tried the Indian Masala Omlette ??

    Yes.

What? You gou your eggs mixed up here. Hard boiled is boiled, strangely, sunny side up is fried but not turned, just baste the top with the hot oil, an omelette is a mixture of egg, milk, butter, whisked (so you can still see the white and yellow) and fried in oil/butter. After it has set, you fold it in the pan (you can add a`filling of mushrooms, bacon, herbs whatever). It should not be brown or burnt on the underside and inside slightly underdone. Although in this modern age you may want to cook slightly more, but you don,t want it rubbery, it should be light and fluffy.
Scrambled is....oh I can't be bothered any more

well i think you may be missing a word maybe eggs,,,, i like my eggs over easy ,,,,

    No can do!

I like mine with onion and cheese
