Frying deboned, skin-on chicken thighs and how this will effect cooking time?!


Question: I would like to fry my chicken thighs how I normally would but without the bone...it just gets in the way. ;) How will this effect my cooking time?

it will cook faster without the bone

chicken cooks quicker without the bone, if you leave the skin on that will provide moister, so I would cook it a little less time than normal. E

your cooking time will increase a good bit depending on the weight + amount of chicken . just make sure its done , 165 at the center but not touching the bone
