You did not specify whether it is boneless.

I think you are having problems because the chicken breast is so unevenly shapped, with some very thin areas and very thick meat.

The best way to ensure that your chicken breast is cooked through, pound it between dampened sheets of plastic wrap so it is all the same thickness. Use a small frying pan to whack it. Toss it on your grill or a frying pan. It won't take very long to cook. Then the outside will be evenly browned and the inside will be opaque.

light amount of oil will suffice . med heat turn when golden , turn again if necc , do not use a thick piece of chix + you won't have to worry about it not being done , 165 at the thickest part of the meat if it must be thick

Coat the bottom of skillet with olive oil on a medium heat. Cook chicken breast until juices run clear.

that is strange...when i do chicken on the foreman it comes out perfect every time! try setting on medium-high and cook for 10 minutes it should be perfectly juicy! in the pan i suggest cooking on medium heat with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for about 6 minutes a side (for boneless).

Well, if the chicken you cooked on the George grill is undercooked then you need to make sure the chicken is at room temperature.

To cook fried chicken:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large food storage bag. Add chicken pieces and coat well with the seasoned flour. In a skillet, melt butter and oil over medium-low heat; brown chicken lightly then remove and set aside. Combine orange juice, Cointreau, and chopped dried cranberries; pour over browned chicken. Cover and cook over low heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, until chicken is tender and cooked through. Stir in green onions; heat through. Serve chicken with the sauce and hot cooked rice or pasta.

all these answers seem good but why bother if your not sure go to K,F,C, lol

The most juciest and tasty chicken I have ever made was in a baking bag. Throw in a whole or cut-up chicken, some cut-up carrots, onions and potatos, can of golden mushroom soup. With a fork, stab a few holes in top of bag so it can breathe, bake 1 hour. HMMmm Good! If you want to just cook in skillet, use enough oil just to coat the bottom of the pan, get oil hot and then turn down to medium-low, cook 20-25 minutes, when center is not pink or bleeding. If you choose to bake. Leave ths skin on, just sprinkle with salt and peppper, place on baking sheet for 30 minutes. Hope my advice helps!
