You have to fry them first for Chicken Parmigiano.
Get the oil hot first then put the cutlets in( that will bring the temp down and cool the oil a bit).
How long depends on how thick they are.
If they're thin ( like Veal cutlets) don't cook them to long.
Remember you still have to bake them. If you over fry them and then bake, you'll ruin it.
I cut the thickest part to see how pink the inside is and judge from there( don't cut it half or take a piece off, just kind of slit it and look inside, so you dont ruin the cutlet). When the pink is almost gone, its time to take them out and place on paper towels( to absorb the excess oil).
Line the baking pan with your sauce place the cutlets on the sauce, then add sauce on top of the cutlet, add your mozz and bake( until the cheese melts).

pan fry

Baking at 350 will be a lot less fat, but since they are thin, you will have to keep an eye on them and be able to judge by feeling them (push on them) if they are done. I could give you a better time estimate if you said how thin they are, but it varies. If they're about 1/2 inch, 10 minutes should be ok.

Remember for chicken parm, you want to leave them a little undercooked because you are going to afterwards cover them with the sauce and cheese and cook it some more. It takes only a minute for chicken to be WAY overcooked, so leave it a bit under and by the time your cheese is melted you'll have perfectly cooked chicken.

Also....you might not want to try this, but last week I made chicken parm using Bertoli Vodka Sauce instead of regular marinara and it was AWESOME!!!

I like to fry them in olive oil for great taste. You just keep a close eye on them and turn when one side is Golden brown. It doesn't take long being they are thin cutlets. Make sure the oil is hot when you put cutlets in oil.

Pan fry in a little oil. Cook on medium to medium high for a few minutes on each side. Sounds good!!

If they are very thin, pan fry.

If you are going to stuff and roll them, bread them and brown them in an oven-proof skillet and then stick them in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes.

bbq it for like 5 min each side and then use black pepper sauce over it
