What is a good recipe that uses a lot of strawberries?!

Question: I bought a bunch of strawberries but couldn't finish them fast enough. They're starting to get bruised and I don't like to eat them when they get dark. (they aren't rotting or squishy though)
I don't want to waste them and throw them away, so can you give me a good recipe that uses a lot of strawberries? (I have 25 or maybe more)
Preferably recipes that you like/have tried, anything from desserts to smoothies to meals..!

Make a crust out of crushed pretzels, a little sugar and melted butter. Press it into a 9x12.....then take 2 blocks cream cheese, beat it with some sugar, vanilla and lemon juice. Spread over cooled crust (bake that crusted, once in pan, in a 350 oven for about 5-10 minutes until set). After spreading cream cheese mixture, top with sliced strawberries, then top with some strawberry syrup (found in produce section next to chocolate fruit dip). Then, last but not least, top that with some whipped cream, dot it or make a design. Cut into bars for a delicious treat!

One GREAT way to eat strawberries is in strawberry short cake. A good recipe is the one inside a bisquick box.
Another favorite is one of my own invention. Put about 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a blender, add about 8 medium sized pieces of ice. Add about 10 strawberries (without the leaves) and 1 or 2 bananas. Pour about 8 ounces of sprite over the other ingredients. Blend the mixture until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!!!

Strawberry Freeze from kraftfoods.com -- you can make it slightly healthier by subbing low fat cool whip and neufchatel cheese (aka "1/3 less fat").

I have made this a few times for cookouts, and it is always a smash hit (recipe link below)
