Can u cook mince from frozen?!

I have many times, and lived to tell the tale. You'll have to cook it slowly, so it doesn't burn before the inner, (still) frozen bit cooks though. But yeah, it's thin and stringy so it's pretty easy to make doubly sure that it's cooked to temperature throughout.

Yeah, it's not 100% safe, but take fried eggs as an example - leaving it so that the yolk is still runny is great (a lot of people do it regularly), but do that on a commercial basis, and you're in trouble. A runny yolk basically means that the yolk hasn't been cooked to a temperature that would kill off any potential salmonella. But in practice, it's fine.

No it's not safe at all!

yeah sure you can just stick some oil in a pan and cook it for about 5-10 (depends on how much you mince you stick in the pan as more will take longer) cook it on a medium fire to high fire and it's ready to eat.

If you don't want to cook with oil you can use water although this can make the mince bitty so only cook it initially with enough water to move it around then add the sauce (if you want)
