Sandwich

Get better soon =]

beans on toast

whatever you chose make me the same , im starving !!!

Eat an Orio

Just have dates and milk. very nice and healthy.

open a tin of soup

An omelette or Scrambled eggs on toast or stir fry

Use the toaster /grill attached to your oven not a small plug-in toaster.

Make toast -one side only.

On the UNtoasted side place a layer of shredded cheese [it melts better than a slice]

Add a thin slice of tomato and some finely chopped onion or chives

add salt and pepper to taste [preferable freshly ground pepper]

place back under the toaster and grill until toast starts to show golden spots.

Serve on hot plate with a sprig of parsley as garnishing.

place under MEDIUM grill until cheese starts to melt.

It only take a few minutes, and I'm male, so you should be able to do it no worries. Quick, easy nutritional and cheap. Best do 2 or 3 at the same time if you have an appetite. Nothing much unhealthy there.

Shake 'n Bake Squirrel

2 to 4 squirrels
1 pkg. barbecue-flavor Shake 'n Bake mix

cut squirrels into 5 pieces each: 2 front legs, 2 back legs, and back. If squirrels are large or old, cover with water in saucepan and heat to boiling; boil 10 to 15 minutes, then drain well. If squirrels are young, boiling is not necessary; simply rinse young squirrel pieces in cold water.

Place moist squirrel pieces in shaker bag from baking mix. Add mix and shake to coat. Arrange pieces in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crispy. The squirrel will be very tender and tasty.

some chicken noodle soup

Make a grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!

Baked potato done in micro, then cover with grated cheese. That will do the trick. (8mins)

toast and beans you could also try pudding rice it does not upset stomach

make some soup - see what you have in the cupboards. Or of you have mince etc make bolognaise. Tasty and easy.

Just make chicken noodle soup or some rice with eggs.

Macaroni cheese (Quick way!!!)
Cook a mug full of macaroni, drain and put in a shallow dish (Small) Cover with grated cheese and pour a little milk over then put under the grill until chese starts to brown!! Mmmmmm

However, if you're ill then keeping fluids up is a good idea, therefore I suggest Tomato Soup!

I've always had that when I'm ill, it's good for you, low fat etc etc and so easy to just get out of a tin if you don't want to make it yourself.
