I'm off the nutri-system diet, but I still have some NS food. What can be done to make better?!

I have lots of different NS foods...mostly entrees.

Toss it.

It's filled with preservatives and will only make you sick.

Don't go on the N>S diet!! It is a terrible food diet. I know because I am a DR. In food nutrition. The only way you should loose wait is to eat right and excercise not by using those nasty diets. Miley

Keep using them, but add to the menu such as salads, vegetables that you like the most, potatoes/rice/beans, desserts.

Spices of all types will improve flavors if this is what is lacking. Cracked pepper is a wonderful taste treat. Salt. Garlic powder.

I like soy sauce on foods that do not have enough flavor for me.

Mix sauteed onions/celery/garlic into it. Stir in some cooked veggies such as peas.
