What about chicken in cream sauce with broccoli, caulieflower and carrots, very yummy and easy too, you can nuke the veges (microwave) or steam then, chicken in cream sauce is easy, spray the bottom of a heavy based frypan, with olive or canola oil, add a tab of butter (not margarine), coat chicken with masterfood bbq seasoning and cook until done, then take chicken out, add a sml thickened cream 250ml, simmer till sauce thickens, put chook back in and baste for about 5 minutes, serve up, wulla, dinner in about 10 minutes and very yummy!

Pasta puttanesca. This is a lovely recipe.

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onion—finely chopped
2 cloves garlic—finely chopped
4 anchovy fillets—chopped
1 small red chili—deseeded and finely chopped
2 teaspoons capers—rinsed and drained
8 pitted black olives—quartered
14 oz (420g) canned tomatoes—chopped
? teaspoon sea salt
? teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
7 oz (200g) spaghetti

HEAT 2 tablespoons of the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and cook the onion for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. ADD the garlic and anchovies and cook for a minute, stirring to break up the anchovies. ADD the chili, capers, olives, tomatoes, salt and pepper, and bring to the boil. REDUCE the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. WHILE the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta. DRAIN the cooked pasta into a colander and put the sauce in the bottom of the pot. TOP with the hot pasta, parsley and reserved tablespoon of olive oil, and toss together gently to combine.

What about stuffed peppers? For a filling, you can use mince or something vegetarian, like rice or soy.

Or boil pasta, then put it in a pan and fry it, and add some raw eggs while frying, as well as salt and pepper. It's great with apple puree or other fruits.

Sweat some onions and peppers. Add fish stock 500ml and 2 tins of toms and a veg stock cube. Add 2 teaspoons of chilli pepper sauce and some cheap fish or sea food. Cook to reduce for 30 minutes. Add 200ml single cream. Stir and serve with rice. WOHOOO fish Gumbo. Takes 1 hour

This is REALLY easy and I do it all the time. Just the chicken ... I don't bother with the squash. It has become a REAL favourite and it is Sooooo easy to do.

Lets see, how about, "swiss steak"?
You just Cut up a round steak. Add a couple of tabls. oil to a skillet, brown the meat add worchestire sauce, garlic salt, pepper. Then add hot water and bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cook about an hour or until tender.I usually make gravy from the juice.A couple tabls. of flour add cold water, and wisp until all the lumps are gone.Take meat from juice and bring juice to a boil again. Add flour mixture and wisp until its thick.Add seasoning to taste. Serve with mash potatoes or egg noodles. And a vegetable of your choice. How does that sound? Its really good.

get a ready made pizza base from sainsbury's and top it with peppers / mushrooms / onions / tomatoes and cheese and stick it in the oven for 15 minutes

YUMMY and quick :)

You try getting a Biryani

I know some people willsuggest eating a rattle snake or sushi or ocopus or some other weird and wonderful stuff, but listen to my suggestion....
Have you ever tried "neck steaks"?

Very simply buy some neck of pork, (works well for this) or neck of mutton, or neck of beef, and go about be-boning the cuts...
The neck cuts are sort of round in shape, so simply cut along the bone while turning the bone around and around...
The bone will fall out when all cut loose....
Now place the meat on a bread plank and flatten with a mallett or the side of a broad knife or even a glass bottle that you thump it with....
Pan fry the steaks as they are or coat them with beaten egg and bread crumbs...
Really very nice and quite different.
Enjoy.

if your fed up of the same thing all the time why dont you have a night off and get a takeaway.

get a bagel and put tomato sauce on it and mozzarella (or whatever cheese you like) and other topping is u want and then cook it and its like a cheap, mini pizza!
