What is the BEST fish to cook on the grill?!

any firmer fish that isnt going to fall apart completely if you flip it.

I like grilling salmon.

samon or sea bass, cooked in tin foil with basil, corriander, thyme, lemon and onions for 20-25 mins.

You can smoke it, wrap it in foil with butter/olive oil & herbs & lemon , put a few holes in the top to steam it.

well I used to live in alaska and I always had either halibut or salmon on the grill can't go wrong with either ,,,,,also any firm fish

you could still grill any fish on the grill maybe with the fish that tend to flake easily ,,make a foil pouch for them put some fresh veggies in with it
