Help with recipe converting?!


Question: I have a recipe for golden syrup flapjacks (granola type bars for americans reading) and was wondering if anyone could help me convert the english measurements into american cups/tbsps:

here is the recipe!

75g (3oz) butter
100g (4oz) Tate & Lyle Light Brown Soft Sugar
60ml (2 rounded tbsp) Lyle's Golden Syrup
175g (6oz) rolled oats
