take 3 - 4 avacadoes. skin them depit them and mash them in a bowl. then add chopped onions, garlic, and tomatoes. then add in some salt, lime/lemon juice and mix it all together. to make it spicy add hot sauce. then serve eith chips, salsa and sour cream

try this:

Ingredients:

*1 clove garlic
*1 small tomato
*1 ? tablespoon lime juice
*Chopped cilantro
*Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel avocados and remove pits.
2. Peel and mince garlic and onion.
3. Chop tomato.
4. Mash the avocado in a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients.
5. Serve with tortilla chips.

Here in Texas us as Hispanics its easy to mix guacamole.
The traditional way is:

5 guacamole's (depending on how many your serving)
3 tomatoes
7(or maybe less) Serrano or jalapeno peppers(depending your choice of hot)
small onion
half batch of cilantro
2 lemons or limes

chop it all up - accept for the guacamole , you have to mash that. After you mash the guacamole , add all the chopped part of the other ingredients. The size of chopping is really up to you . Add chips , your good to go . This is traditionally made here in the valley as a Mexican specialty . I always have this as a must in all family cook outs . It taste great w/ beer or any platter . Great for a Mexican orderb on mexican shell scoops .
Hope you like it . Also I want to mention to you , if you dont add the guacamole- thats a totally different recipte its self and its called : Pico de gallo.
Let me know what you think if you try it . Best of luck.
