I have a recipe I want to try but would like to change it up a bit. How do you think this would work?!

Question: It's called "Easy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Eclair Dessert". You layer a mixture of mixed chocolate pudding, peanut butter and cool whip. Next layer is graham crackers (whole), repeat layers. Then top with melted semi-sweet chocolate.

What I wanted to do (since graham crackers are not my favorite) is to use crushed vinalla wafers in the place of the graham crackers. Do you think this would work? I do, but just wanted your opinion.
