Do you mean soup to go with tuna fish or soup made with tuna fish?
I make a seafood chowder with fresh steaks of tuna.
One actually needs only one to make the chowder, add some mussels, and crab met and cook well, reducing it to a liquid.
Add grated potato during cooking also if you wish to thicken it.
Once reduced, thicken with flour if you must and let it simmer until flour is done and soup is thickened.
Dish up and add a teaspoonful of fresh cream in the middle of the soup dish.
Twirl the cream with a tooth pick to make a spiral, just for fun....
I suppose one can use canned tuna for the same thing...
Have fun
