Real quick and easy Shrimp scampi: peel and clean shrimp. Sautee shrimp in a little olive oil and butter over med to med/hi heat. Just before thoroughly cooked, remove shrimp and set aside. In pan with oil and butter, add about 1/4 cup more of butter. Saute a couple cloves of minced garlic, add 1/4 cup white wine, parsley--1-2 TBSP, and salt and pepper to taste. Add shrimp back to pan and warm through--do not over cook. Lastly squeeze juice of 1/4 -1/2 lemon over all and stir. I serve this over rice--as I like how the rice soaks up the buttery sauce. But this can be served over noodles--as it often is in restaurants.

Saute the shrimp in a little olive oil with your favorite seasonings, and then toss them, oil and all, with the angel hair pasta. Don't forget a little garlic! Good luck!

i love srimp scampie

Saute shrimp in oil and garlic s&p
deglaze with white whine and lemon juice
Finish with butter
stir until good
Put it all on the pasta
top it with fresh Parmesan and parsley

That's my exact recipe
Very simple very easy

You don't have to use white whine, wine would be ok too

Scampi, olive oil (a lot), mash garlic, salt and white wine. In a Wok pour the oil and scampi, let it become red add the garlic, fried it a minute, pour the wine and salt. Serve it right away and use bread to suck the juice, mmmmm
