What are some good things to cook for my dinner party this wekend?!

Question: I am inviting my boyfriend and some friends over this weekend for a little dinner party and games. They are all guys. The main food event is fried mac-n-cheese. Sounds gross, but it is amazing. I had it at The Cheesecake Factory and fell in love! Anyway, I want some good guy-friendly party foods that will go well with the fried mac-n-cheese. Nothing to greasy or fried, we're gonna get enough that! Hopefully something a little on the lighter side. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks. I love to experiment.

I have never taken this to an event that I was not asked for the recipe, It should go perfect with your mac-n-cheese.

Thai Salad

2 packages Ramen noodles – crushed – discard the seasoning packets
? cup sunflower seeds
? cup slivered almonds
? cup (I stick) butter/margarine
Sauté all above until golden, set aside to cool

Chop 1 head Napa cabbage
Chop 1 bunch green onions

Dressing: Mix together:
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
? cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients just before serving

Lamb Chope fried with Pizza+French Fries+Fruit Salad+Cocktail

small spicy meatballs, they're very light and easy to make! =)

Here's a great salad recipe...and one of the great things about it is you make it the night before, so less stress on the day of the event! Hope you'll try it & enjoy it too! Other than the salad, I would suggest some watermelon, or some kind of fruit platter.

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, in a blender or in a tightly covered jar until blended. May be refrigerated up to 1 week. Makes 1 & ? cups.
