Do you have a recipie for cheesecake (not baked) you will share with me?!
Answers: Hi, I am looking for a easy cheesecake recipie (not baked) I am wanting to serve it to adults at my baby's birthday party. I have the topping sorted (crushed oreos) Please can i have the measurements on pounds, ounces, grams or killograms please as my brain cant work with cups x x x
The great thing about this cheesecake is that there really aren't any measurements and amazingly it doesn't seem to matter and always tastes great!
White Chocolate Cheesecake with an Oreo Crust and Toblerone Sauce
1 Tub Cream Cheese
1 Tub Mascarpone Cheese - equal amounts of these
Melted White Chocolate - 1 Large Bar
Oreos
Toblerone
Melted Butter
Firstly, make the crust. Smash the Oreos and mix in a little melted butter. Press this into the bottom of a tin. Then mix your cream cheese and mascarpone together before adding all of the melted white chocolate. Mix this together well (be careful not to heat the chocolate too much though or the cheeses will curdle). Layer this into the tin, then leave this in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. When you want to serve melt the tobelerone and drizzle some over the top.
Delicious!
get a little round pastry cutter, crush some digestive biscuits up and compact them into the bottom of cutter. Then put some soft cheeses, and get some nice fruit to put on top. Dust with icing sugar. Make a couple of little ones rather than a big one.
I don't know how this tastes but I hope it helps.

Mix with 3oz of Melted butted and press into a inch base.... this makes the bottom match the top.

6oz Double Cream
3oz caster sugar
Splash of lemon juice
Whisk cream until peaky - fold in cheese/quark and lemon juice.
Spread over base.
Chill for 2 hours - then add crushed oreos so that they are not too cold when serving.
What a brilliant idea to use oreos I have done this recipe with half ginger nuts and Half digestives and added crystallised stem giner in flakes over the top for a dinner party desert!
no bake orange cheesecake
15 digestive biscuits
6 tbsp butter , melted
400g curd or cream cheese
grated zest 3 oranges , save the segments for the decoration
200g mascarpone cheese
100g caster sugar
3 tbsp milk
184ml pot double cream
Crush the biscuits roughly. You can either do this by putting them in a plastic food bag and crushing them with a wooden spoon or you can crumble them with your fingers.
Put the biscuits into a bowl and mix in the melted butter. Put the mixture into the tin and, using your fingers or the back of a spoon to spread it evenly, press it down in the tin to form the base. Put the tin into the fridge to set. This should take about 30 mins.
Put the curd or cream cheese, orange zest, mascarpone, sugar and milk into a bowl and mix it well with the wooden spoon.
Put the cream in a clean bowl and whisk until it is the consistency of thick custard. Add to the orange mixture and mix thoroughly.
Remove the cheesecake tin from the fridge. Pour the filling over the biscuit base and spread evenly. Decorate with segments of orange and return to the fridge until ready to serve (at least 4 hours or overnight).
