How are your judges selected?!

Question: Most of them could care less about problems of other people. Except for some of your chefs they only use products to add to the weight of their audience. The use of to much butter, cream and other fattning products is instrumental to heart problems. Oh, yes ---I'm not real good at typing --as 79years have taken a toll on my memory.

chuck and elyag..you both are doing something right! People need to take a pay attention in this time of fast food and eating on the go!
I really believe using olive oil helps, instead of all this other processed junk. My mother in law is 83 and my father in law lived to be 86 they ate plenty of natural food and olive oil.
Sadly..the food today, has so many more hormones than the food that was made even 15 years ago! I have hopefully taught my daughters good nutrition, as they both love vegetables and would rather have a plate of those at a birthday party then processed birthday cake with lard and sugar topping.
And Chuck..You type fine!

I was watching a cooking thing with a friend the other evening and the person who was cooking said add about a tablespoon of olive oil. And he kept pouring and pouring. We figured the person must have had almost 1/2 cup in there. I'm 65 and I'm not a fanatic about this kind of stuff, but I try to cook and eat fairly healthy. Stuff like french fries etc. that aren't good for you I still have but just once in a while.
